With more than 15 years experience of enabling transformation for individuals, teams and organisations, Liz uses a number of techniques including positive psychology, coaching, accelerated learning and Graphic Facilitation. |
Liz has delivered large-scale global change programs and coaches individuals from CEOs and VPs to Mums wanting to get their lives back on track. Liz is dedicated to achieving tangible lasting results through helping people find out what it is they want from life and supporting them to be the person they know they can be deep inside.

Liz is accredited by The British Psychological Society and a member of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She has a BSc in Psychology and Management Science, Change Management and Consultancy from
Ashridge Business School, and is an Advanced Coach and Facilitator. Currently studying from an MSc at Aston Business School, Liz is also leading a national research project for The NCT and Working Families Charity.
