Mayfield Associates is a consultancy and research group that specialises in helping organisations deliver positive returns through gender diversity. Founded by Liz Morris, Mayfield Associates is built on a drive to create workplace diversity that benefits both the organisation and individual employees. With a background in HR, Management Science and Psychology, Liz's international career spans many industry sectors and walks of life. Liz has designed and delivered large-scale global change programs within complex Blue Chip environments and coached individuals from CEO and VPs to employees wanting to return to work. She is recognized for her expertise in gender diversity, organisational development and flexible working.
Liz Morris has a talent for turning ideas into positive results both for organisations and individuals.
Her work has realigned organisation structures and overcome unconscious bias to enable many to achieve both balance and high performance.
